Advance/Return to Warehouse Pre-Alert Form

Please download and complete this form to provide advance notice and details of packages you are sending to our warehouse in advance of the event and also for items you will leave at your stand for us to collect to return to our warehouse ready for your courier collection

Contractor Self Test Certificate

If you are a space only contractor and you are ordering a venue main and installing your own sockets you will need to test the installation and provide us with the measurements. Please click on the image, download the form and take to site for completion.

Please hand in to our service desk prior to the event opening. Failure to submit this form on site may delay the energisation of your space on event days.
