Exhibition Power have been appointed the official electrical contractor to the event which has prompted your arrival at our site and all electrical work will be undertaken by them. The installation of electrical work by any persons other than the official electrical contractor to any event where Exhibition Power Limited are appointed is strictly forbidden. No person other than a member of the contractors staff may alter or interfere with the installations.
Please indicate in the appropriate area within the online order process where you would like your electrical items positioned. Use the codes alongside each item to indicate which items you would like in which location.
If you fail to indicate where you would like your items they will be installed at the onsite electricians discretion.
There may be a charge of up to 20% of the hire cost to reposition items if no indication is given with your order.
If you are bringing electrical items to the exhibition please ensure that they have all been PAT tested and are in safe working condition. Our on site electricians are not responsible for your equipment, should any item be deemed unsafe upon visual inspection or prove to be faulty we reserve the right to disconnect your equipment and refuse energisation so as to maintain the continuity of the supply to your neighbouring stands.
All payments are only accepted in GREAT BRITISH POUNDS.
Any issues with regard to the electrical installation to your stand or hired item(s) must be brought to our attention, in writing, before the close of the exhibition.
Failure to do so will make it difficult to remedy any issues you may have after the event. In this instance no refund can be given.

If you cancel your participation at the exhibition and would like a refund of payment for any items ordered you must request this in writing 24 hours before the first published build up day of the event.
Should you choose to cancel your order after the equipment has been transported to site and installed on your stand you will be charged 50% of the initial hire cost to cover our incurred expenses. The remaining 50% will be returned to you within the timelines detailed below.
No refund will be given for non-faulty items that have been installed to your stand and are in place once the exhibition or event has begun.
All refunds will be processed within 3 working days of the request and are then subject to bank processing times for return to your account.
Exhibition Power Limited accept no liability for the loss or failure to supply electricity in the event of a power failure, or as a result of any industrial dispute. In the event of such a power failure, no monies paid for the hire of electrical fittings can be refunded.
Exhibition Power Limited cannot accept any responsibility for any damage howsoever caused to exhibitors equipment connected to the circuits installed to them.
Any engagement with this website and Exhibition Power limited or any of its services accepts acknowledgement of the terms and conditions detailed herein.
All equipment remains on hire for the duration of the exhibition only and remains the property of Exhibition Power Limited.
