Event Name, Company Name & Stand Number

You must let us know in advance if any of your packages have any dimensions in excess of 2000mm and weigh in excess of 1000kg.

Failure to let us know could result in the non-receipt of your materials.

On receipt of your order we will send you an Advance Warning form for you to notify us of the details of your shipment. Goods will not be received unless this form and payment has been received.
